Second Pike Developers Meeting 2014 December 5-7

Everyone who doesn't make it to Sweden but still wants something to be
part of the discussion is encouraged to send proposals and topics to the
list. We will discuss those during the next two days. I guess one big
topic this time will be getting a pike 8 out of the door, but we have
two days, so I guess anything is welcome ;)

Linkoping, Sweden December 5-7.
The meeting will be held in Roxen Internet Software's office at
S:t Larsgatan 22a.

I was only there for <50% of it, so I can't write a summary. But we
moved the tutorial to git and jhs is in the process of changeing
formatting to Markdown. So there is that.
